Try a day kayaking or open canoe touring on the rivers of Mid Wales.

Suitable for families, youth and school groups, other social groups, personal and professional development, individuals and improving kayak and canoe skills.

For a fun day out you can paddle on flat water or sheltered bays with excursions onto moving water.

For the more adventurous we have some safe, moving, white water sections to increase the difficulty.

For the more advanced paddler we have some superb rivers to test your skills.

Canoe and Kayak sessions can be tailored to meet your needs. From one-off taster sessions up to Kayak coaching courses.

Training and assessment in all of the skills based Star tests ( 1 to 4 star ) can be arranged in both kayak and canoe.

It is also possible to arrange White Water Rafting, Canyoning and Gorge walking sessions
