Our rates are £16.00 per person per night. (It is important you read the terms and conditions prior to booking)

Inside

Number of beds: 26

General: Centrally heated throughout. Hot water and heating covered in the cost.

Bedrooms: 6 rooms. 5 having 4 beds, one with 6 beds. 4 of the rooms have en-suite shower/toilet and hand basins. The other 2 rooms have a hand basin and a bathroom on the same floor.

The bunk beds and mattress are of high quality with mattress protector and pillow.

Kitchen: Large well-equipped kitchen equipped with:

Dining room: Inglenook open log fireplace and beamed ceiling. Dining tables and chairs. Also a range of local books, guides and maps. Games available for evening entertainment!

Residents' Lounge: Easy chairs for relaxing after a hectic day! DVD/video players, with a selection of family and sporting viewing.

Drying room: Heated with drying rails and hangers. Washing machine and tumble dryer (there is a small charge for the use of the dryer.)

Bike and equipment storage: Secure, locked bike storage. Facilities for cleaning equipment. We have a small supply of cycle repair items for sale and a selection of useful tools for customer use.

Outside

Lawn area opposite.

Parking for 12-14 cars.

Garden area has been tamed at present - BBQ Area

Situated at Corris on main A487 road, overlooking River Dulas valley. Approximately 6 miles north of Machynlleth and 10 miles south of Dolgellau

Public Transport

There are buses from Machynlleth and Dolgellau. The buses stop right outside the Braich Goch. Machynlleth is the nearest mainline train station.

What to Bring

Terms and Conditions

  • Rates £16.00 per person per night.
  • Non-refundable deposit of 20% to secure chosen dates.
  • Bookings will be held for 7 days only prior to receipt of deposit.
  • Balance payable 1 month before arrival. Please make sure you have adequate insurance arranged to cover cancellation as refunds will not usually be given.
  • Bookings made less than 1 month from your arrival date will require full payment on booking.
  • Bank Holidays - Minimum of 2 Nights
  • Price includes electricity, heating, hot water. Small charge for use of tumbler dryers. Contribution appreciated for use of drying room.
  • Credit card and Debit cards transactions are charged at 50p per transaction.
  • Non-refundable deposit of 20% to secure chosen dates.
  • Cheques made payable to Ann Bottrill, please.
  • Arrival from 4pm on first day of stay, departure by 10am on last day.
  • Earlier arrival or later departure may be possible - please ask.
  • Beds are full-sized bunkbeds with mattress cover and pillow. Please bring sleeping bag/duvet, sheet and pillow case.
  • Linen hire available (duvet/cover/sheet/pillowcase) - £2.50 per stay.
  • The kitchen is fully-equipped for self-catering, but you will need to bring such items as tea towels and washing up liquid.
  • Rooms may be shared by others at peak times, if you require sole use of a room you may need to book all beds in that room.
  • No dogs, except guide dogs.
  • Persons under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times whilst using the games in the public bar area
